5 stars isn’t enough! Wish I could give this property ten stars! Great place for our family to stay while we walked to and from Disneyland for a couple days! Incredibly clean, stocked with everything we needed, safe, and the stroller options were a big bonus. We will be back at some point!

Perfect for a Family Vacation!

Perfect for a Family Vacation! Cannot say enough good things about our stay here. My kids were obsessed with the mickey and gang mural and Disney books. It had more than enough room for our family of four (2 under 2) and was very close walking distance from Disneyland. It was perfect for us to come back during the day and let the kids play a little and have their lunch. If your thinking of booking do it you will not be disappointed.

We were sure how the walk would be but it was fine (10 minutes to the entrance of Disney village (before you enter the parks). The double stroller provided was great for our kids. The Disney murals made our kids so excited and the place had everything you need and expect with an Airbnb (laundry soap, coffee, cooking utensils). We loved our time here and would return!

James is very responsive and friendly. Cozy condo with just enough room. Great location for walking to Downtown Disney and Disney parks. Note that garage/parking is not attached and is a short walk away from condo.

You can’t beat the location - less than 15 minute walk to the Downtown Disney security checkpoint. Plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The Disney decor and books were a hit with the kids. Finding the garage and the unit was definitely a challenge (especially when I didn’t realize the instructions were included in the very first email from months ago), but James was immediately responsive via text and we eventually got where we needed to go.

Great family condo! James was a great host and has a fabulous place! We loved the location and that strollers were available to use with our kids if we needed them. There was plenty of space and the Disney themed rooms are so cute and added fun to the experience!

Best home base for Disneyland! This property is conveniently within walking distance of Disneyland. It was clean and easily accommodated our family of 7. There were plenty of blankets and clean linens. Communication with the property owner was always clear and he was prompt with responses to questions.

Great stay! This condo was very clean and convenient for our Disneyland trip! There was plenty of room for my family of 6. My kids enjoyed all the Disney decorations and touches in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook breakfast in. The host was very easy to communicate with! Great stay!

Great property close to Disney! This is such a great place to stay if you are going to visit Disney. It is an easy walk to get to downtown Disney and we never felt like it took a long time to walk back and forth. We loved the two bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Our children loved the arcade game on the wall, that was a nice touch! The kids books were also super nice to have as well. One thing we wished there was in the kitchen was a mixing bowl, we made due with a small tupperware. The vents and walls could also use a wipe down as you can tell they are pretty dirty. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

Wonderful property for a Disney trip! Stayed here with 4 adults (two couples) and a toddler (1.5 yrs). This place had everything we could ask for and more. If this is your first time staying in a VRBO, this is exactly what you'd want the end-to-end experience to be like! Owner clearly laid out instructions, driving directions, and check in and out info. He answered our questions via text in a timely fashion, too. All in all, it was a fun and functional place to stay for a week. Best parts: - looks exactly as described in the pictures - well stocked--not just with kitchen items, but lots of bath and beach towels, nice sheets, ice packs, multiple stroller choices, beach chairs, toys, and kids books - very kid-friendly - can't beat the location - quiet at night - my kid obsessed over the Mickey and friends mural on the wall. We didn't use the pool, but did go to the playground. As other reviewers have mentioned, the complex is overall a touch rundown, but it really did not take away from our experience at all--we loved it here.

Nice and Quiet! There are two sides of Disneyland resort property. The majority of hotels are on Harbor Blvd with restaurants, Walgreens, and lots of traffic. But this condo is on the other side. Just as close but SO much quieter and much more space. Everything you need is included. There's a washer and dryer WITH detergent. Can't go wrong with 2.5 baths either. Wish we would have had this option when the kids were little. Had the pool to ourselves. Always felt safe even very late at night.

Well-stocked, great location! We enjoyed our stay! Well-stocked with strollers (single and double), plenty of towels, beach toys, etc. we loved having access to pools, a jacuzzi, and a playground for the kids.

The walk from the property to Disneyland was about 15 mins. Communication with James was great, he even let us in a bit earlier than we thought on the day of arrival. Wonderful place to stay while visiting Disneyland! We really enjoyed our stay, and James was a great host. The condo was clean, quite, and had all the things we needed during our Disneyland vacation. We've stayed at Disneyland's various hotels, as well as other neighboring hotels in the past, and the value just doesn't match up with renting a condo like this - multiple bathrooms, a private kitchen, two bedrooms, plenty of space to stretch out, ability to do laundry - why stay in a cramped hotel room? We were also happy to not have to bring our stroller, or to have to rent one of Disney's crumby strollers, as James had several stroller options available. They Disney decor in the home is cute and our kids loved it, and they also enjoyed reading some of the books in the kids' room. On our last day, our flight was delayed by 2 hours and James was kind enough to work out a late check out for us so we didn't have to sit around the airport any longer than needed. If you are looking for a sure bet, you can't go wrong staying here.

Multi family Disney trip! Great!

Convenient and Easy! Great location, easy to walk to Disneyland each day. Close enough to return in afternoon for naps with small children. There was not a separate place to put crib for baby and she slept in our room but overall she was so tired from the park it didn't cause much of an issue.

Great stay! Great condo very close to Disneyland. The condo is nice and we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the snacks and other items provided such as laundry detergent which isn’t always available in rentals. The property also has a really cute private patio with a grill that was fun for dinner.

Amazing location and host! This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and such a short walk to downtown disney. It was extremely clean, spacious, and affordable. The host provided everything we needed for our stay, especially the strollers. My kids loved the books and bunk bed setup. They loved the disney touches in the decorations. Disneyland home base! We stayed at James’ place in Hermosa village for 4 nights. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 4 & 6. It was the perfect base for our Disney/south California break. It only took 20 minutes to get there from John Wayne airport, was easy to access and had all the comforts of home. A well furnished house with kitchen and laundry. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a lovely sheltered patio for adults to enjoy after the kids were in bed. As a family we used the community playground and pool area too which were also clean and well maintained. Although only a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and a further 5 to the park gates, we found the sturdy strollers in the garage absolutely invaluable at Disney (we packed them full of snacks and waters) and also used the beach equipment provided. The house was very clean and had all the necessary linens, as well as laundry detergents etc. We all really enjoyed our spring break escape to the fun and warmth of south CA! Thankyou James 😊

Disneyland Vacation! Our family traveled to Anaheim for a Disney visit and were very happy we selected this VRBO. It was about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney at the kids pace which was just perfect. The condo was clean, had supplies we needed and we felt very safe. A 5 minute drive to Ralph's for what we needed made us feel right at home. We'd stay there again!

Mary Poppins would approve! We loved this place! James, the host, was very friendly and helpful and everything was exactly as advertised, if not better! Our only regret is that we played so much in the park, we didn't get to spend much time in the house. Our next trip to Disneyland will definitely involve seeing if this property is available again. Disney X-Mas '22! Great property for our family of 4! Double-stroller in the garage was perfect. Easy walk to Disney by crossing the street and heading through Disney Downtown. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Thanks to James for his quick communication throughout our stay.

Amazing!! First time to Disneyland for my 5 year old son and my self!!! As we were planning on other family members going we had decided to go with a VRBO rather than a hotel. Even though not everyone went this place was awesome! Some how after walking Disneyland almost all day my son still played at the park! There was amazing directions in the binder! The host was SUPER communicative! 100% will book next year!

Great stay, close walk to Disneyland! The space was great for our family of four. The double stroller, which seemed brand new, was much appreciated. Laundry and a parking spot were also a plus. About a 20 minute walk to the parks, which was awesome. Other family members stayed at this complex in other units and this one was by far the nicest and most set up for families.

Disneyland condo convenience! This was a very nice property and was such an easy walk to Disneyland. The house has everything you will need for the park. We had 2 toddlers and a 8 month old and they loved it. Very cute decor, makes you feel like you at a Disney property. Parking and garage are very randomly placed, not very close to the condo. But all in all, a perfect place for a Disney trip!

Perfect for Disneyland Trip! We stayed in late May for a trip to Disneyland and had a wonderful experience. James we super responsive and helpful. The condo was so clean and had everything you would need! We loved jumping in the pool after long sweaty days at DL. Although the hot tub was only for ages 14+ so the kids were kicked out one afternoon. The walk to DL was easy even for our 6 year old. We would definitely return and highly recommend for the cleanliness, amazing host, comfortable furnishings, huge pool and proximity to DL.

Great place, great location! We had a great stay here. We have 3 kids ages 2,3 and 7. The accommodation was child friendly with a crib and double stroller we borrowed for use at the parks. The home was spacious for a fam of 5 and was clean and had everything we could have needed. Directions for getting there were clear. We had a great time staying here and would recommend.

This was just as advertised and really close to where you need to be to walk to Disney. The manager was super communicative when I forgot some details. Perfect Location for Disney! Great location for spending time at Disney, the condo is directly across the street from Disney Parking. The owner was easy to work with and the stay went well without a hitch from check-in to check-out. The only downfall was that the pools were under maintenance but out of control of the owner.

Disney Trip! This property was perfect for our trip. Location was very convenient for Disney, we could’ve walked there if we wanted to. Owner was great about communication. Only complaint was one of the beds. The bottom mattress on the bunk bed was uncomfortable and probably should be replaced ….. it sags in the middle so my husband and I kept sinking into the center all night long. Other than that, place was great and we def would stay again!

Close to Disneyland! James was super easy to work with and accommodating. The listing is accurate on being super close to Disneyland, we enjoyed being able to walk back as needed. Great location walking distance to monorail! My mom, two kids 13 & 16 & myself stayed here for 4 nights. Drove 45 minutes to Universal Studios our first day & walked to Disneyland our next two days. Clean & convenient location. Cute place that was great for our small group.

Condo was great! The condo was great. Looked just like the pictures. Great for adults, kids and toddler that were with us. Definitely recommend and would stay again for the price.

New Years 2021! The property was perfect for our 3 day vacation. 5 adults fit comfortably for sleeping. The location was perfect for walking to the parks. The owner/ manager was thorough in all communications. The only improvement would be a few more bath towels and sheets for the futon.

Perfect Location! The location of this rental cannot be beat. We loved having enough space to sprawl out and a kitchen to prepare food in so we weren’t eating out for every meal. We were also grateful for the ability to wash clothes after spending time at the beach. The amenitiies that came with this Vrbo were also thoughtful—snacks and drinks, and a stroller (which we could not have done Disneyland without).

Cute and Convenient! Condo right across the street from the Disney campus making it a quick walk (about 1 mile from the gates through downtown Disney). Property manager attentive and easy to contact. Beautiful home! Everything about this place was wonderful. Check in and out was easy, the walk to Disneyland isn't too bad. The only thing we would suggest would be adding carpets or rugs. After being on our feet all day at the parks it hurt to walk on hard wood and tile floors. The beds were comfortable and we absolutely loved having a full kitchen to use for our breakfasts. Great experience! The property was clean and well maintained. Very close to Disneyland - less than a mile, so we were able to walk there without issue. It was also nice to have a garage to park in - I would definitely stay again! My only recommendation would be some sort of clock in the master bedroom, but that wasn't a big deal.

Restful Disney Retreat! Our family of 5 loved staying at James’ condo! Clean, updated, we all slept very well! The kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies we needed to prepare our food. The laundry amenity was a huge blessing with kids! The saltwater pool was refreshing, close-by and uncomplicated. This condo made our time as Disney so much more comfortable!

Short walk to Disney! This was just what we needed for our Disney trip. Our stay was short, so our time was spent almost entirely in the Disneyland parks, which are a short walk from the condo. James was very responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Our kids were thrilled to have an enormous TV in their room, though they didn’t have a chance to watch much. We would definitely stay again for future Disney trips.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything inside was wonderful; furniture and appliances felt new, linens and towels were clean, no problems in bathroom or kitchen at all. Provided the perfect spot for our family's Disney stay (it's only a 10 minute walk to the Downtown Disney bag check). The complex itself is a little older and had a few places with bad lighting, but we never felt unsafe. Pool was nice as well ... not too crowded, good size. Overall, we felt quite at home and would easily stay here again.

Great stay! We just left the condo today after 5 nights spent. We’ve stayed at the complex before, but in a different unit. We knew the proximity to Disney wouldn’t be beat and we knew that the condo layout would work for our family of 4 well. Close to the park, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Everything was very clean – our bare feet were totally clean walking around the condo, which is a tough feat for a high-traffic rental. The unit was set up to offer a homey and comfortable stay, with small touches to add to the guests’ needs. If I could say anything at all that could be improved it would be the absence of clocks or a full-length mirror. But those were minor things we easily solved on our own. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others or book again for ourselves.

Great condo close to Disneyland! We found this condo to be perfect for our family! Exactly as described, very clean, and an easy walk to Disneyland. We felt safe walking to and from Disney each day (even on New Year’s Eve when we left the park after midnight). Would definitely stay again in future visits.

Great location, perfect family get-a-way for Disneyland! Perfect location for a family of 4 or 5!! My family of 4 recently stayed here for a 5 night stay. The location itself is super close to Disneyland although hard to find in the dark. Very little signage on buildings but with a little help from owner and a neighbor who was walking his dog, we were able to find the unit. The bunk bed upstairs could use a little tightening down as it was a little wobbly but my girls didn't seem to mind. There are two Walmart's very close to property - I suggest visiting the one a little further away (The Super Center) much better selection for those quick need items. The exterior of the building needs some TLC but interior of unit has been nicely updated. Owner James was super helpful while we were there. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Disneyland.

Perfect for a Disneyland Vacation! We had been looking at park hotels, but after that sticker shock, we expanded our search. This two story condo was FRACTION of the cost, and was an easy 1/4 mile walk to the park. The community is literally across the street from the Disneyland parking garage. With multiple strollers to choose from, we loaded up our kids and would head in for a day at the parks, and didn't have to deal with driving and paying for parking. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, our three kids were very comfortable in the triple bunkbed and it was super convenient that there was even a mini-nursery for our baby. This condo was wonderful for our trip!

Great Place! We are a family of 7 and had a really great experience staying here! The house had everything we needed. It was really nice that things like toilet paper and paper towels were provided for us. The beds were very comfortable (better than my bed at home for sure) I would recommend this place if you are going to Disneyland. It is really close. We didn't end up walking, but drove across the street to the parking garage and took the tram from there. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we really enjoyed the time we spent there as well. The inside is really nice and the environment of the complex feels very safe and family friendly.

This rental is perfect for your Disneyland stay! We have rented here twice, and we will come back again. We brought our family 4 years ago for a multi-night stay to play at Disneyland, and this time we came for an entire week. The accommodations are just right, with plenty of space for kids and adults. The beds are so comfortable! It is awesome to sleep well after a long day at Disneyland or on the beach. We absolutely love all the extras. The provided strollers and coolers make coming in from out of town so much easier. My girls read all the children’s books, and we read some Chronicles of Narnia to them at night. The kitchen is perfect for quick food prep, and even has a stocked spice cupboard. All of that, and the price and location are perfect as well. Thank you James!

Great townhouse WALKING DISTANCE to Disneyland! The perfect way to be walking distance to Disney. We loved not having to get in the car. This very nice home was thoughtfully prepared with things including toiletries in the bathrooms on arrival (and really nice toilet paper, which makes a big difference!), snacks, coffee service, ample laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and more. We were able to go back and forth to the park without hassle and enjoyed returning to the nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. The price was right and made a ton of sense, not to mention the money we saved by not having to park at Disney every day. James provides very detailed directions on getting to the property and the included parking spaces, touches base to confirm all is ok at your arrival, and lets you know he is available as needed. We did not have any little ones with us, but the set up is great for that, too, including dress ups, books, strollers, cribs, etc. We thought it was an amazing value and would definitely recommend it!

Convenient and clean! We took 3 of our grandkids to Disneyland and chose this property. We were not disappointed in the least. The unit was comfortable, the complex was quiet and the location was excellent. Easy on/off the freeway, close to Disneyland and the unit was clean and had air-conditioning. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Loved the pools for the kids, appreciated the washer and dryer and all the extra little things needed for day to day. Girl's Disneyland Trip! My girlfriend's and I stayed for four nights at this cute condo! We were about a ten minute walk from downtown Disney and close to Disneyland! Very convenient, quiet, and accessible. Utilities and everything else provided for us to make our meals. Would stay again!

Great condo to visit Disneyland! This property is ideally located for a Disney visit. It is about a half mile to Downtown Disney and another half mile through Downtown Disney to the park. Some of us walked both ways and my daughter chose to Uber over. The condo itself is great! We appreciated having a kitchen to save some money on food (we ubered one time to Aldis which was 2 miles away). We also used the washer and dryer and my grandkids used the pool and playground on non Disney days. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Condo Close to Disneyland! We really enjoyed our stay. The place is manageable in size. Nice appliances, good layout. If you have a larger family, you may wish to hang your towels across the shower in the second bathroom since there are not hooks. Everything else you need for your stay is provided or easily obtainable. James communicated with us throughout the process so we did not have any worries or stress!

Excellent location! This property is very close to the Disney theme parks. We found it so convenient to come back to the condo for a short break from the parks in the afternoons and then head back for the evenings! The condo was great and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The condo complex itself is a bit old looking and could use a facelift but everything else about the rental is great! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent trip!! This was my very first vacation rental and I was very nervous about the process...but James set the bar very high for future vacation stays!! We felt right at home and would definitely stay again in the future. Only a couple recommendations...most of the pillows need to be changed and the living room door was very stubborn! Great location! This place was fantastic! It was cheaper than local Disney hotels and provided room for a family of six to spread out a little. The fully stocked kitchen was helpful when we stayed for a week and were able to save a meals from eating out. I will recommend this place to anyone I know going to Disneyland.

Great experience and great location! We had a great time at this property and did not run into any issues. The location was great. The items provided such as the beach chairs and coolers came in handy and was awesome that it was provided. James was easy to communicate and was always quick to respond. Would stay again!

Perfect location, cozy and comfortable, has everything you need!We stayed here for 4 nights to visit Disneyland. The place is just perfect for a party of 4-6. The beds and living room furniture are really comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the bunk beds and princess dresses. This place is super close to downtown Disney, it’s actually closer and quicker to walk from the condo then to drive. We loved having a place so close to be able to relax during the afternoon and use the hot tub and pools. If we come to Disneyland again, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect stay! The condo is walking distance to Disney downtown and you can hope onto the downtown monorail to go to the back entrance of Disneyland. No line and so convenient! Kids love the kid room with bulk bed and home like feeling. They grab a book to read is a plus! Super clean and perfect for 6 ppls. Would definitely stay here again.
