Had a great time staying at James's place in Vegas! The view from the balcony was fantastic! We were able to walk to the strip with no problem and were close to everything that we wanted to be. The room itself is beautiful and comfortable. The MGM pool complex was a blast and we we glad to have access to it as well!

Excellent spot for us to stay! It’s close to everything, but quiet. It’s kitchen is perfect for bringing leftovers to, and the place is awesome. We love the ability to have an open window… the weather was gorgeous, and we slept with the slider open for fresh air. It’s perfect!

Great location and size of room! I booked this room because my husband and I were coming into town to meet up with our 24-year-old son. Our so slept on the pullout couch and it was comfortable. We slept on the king size bed which has a traditional boxspring/mattress. I have chronic back pain and I slept comfortably in the bed. I also booked the room for the Jacuzzi tub. I used it two times because of my back issues. It worked well. We use the valet parking every day. I like the location of this property because it is walking distance to the main attractions, but still far enough away from the noise. We stayed for three nights over St. Patrick’s Day weekend/college basketball finals.

This unit is exactly as described, top floor, incredible view, modern, fully equipped, and comfortable. I especially liked the non smoking property rule, you could leave sliding glass door open and enjoy the breeze and fresh air. I don’t normally spend much time in a room in Vegas, but this unit def makes you want to just hang, drink wine and enjoy the sunset and skyline. Host was great and responded to all my questions. Check-in was simple and as instructed. I’ll def be staying here again.

The location was great. It is off the strip like a block so it was pretty quiet but very accessible. You can walk to the MGM Grand without going outside for those extra hot days. The owner was extremely responsive. The view and balcony were great. The fact that you could use the BIG MGM pool and the more relaxed Signature pool was amazing. ( I actually think you can use all the MGM property pools with your key, but I am not certain) Great little kitchen with a cute 2 burner stove-top with a toaster and a blender that you might miss in the pictures. Save $50 to $100 a day just by having breakfast in your room. (If you haven't been to Vegas in a while you'll be hard-pressed to find a meal under $20!.) Another great perk is that you can take the back way to the airport and it's only like a $ 15 Uber ride. Oh, and I almost forgot, the bed was super comfy.

The impeccably tidy room boasted a breathtaking view, complemented by the thoughtful addition of a Nespresso machine. The suite, situated on the top floor, was fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, a toaster, and even a blender. Excellent Service From Host! When we arrived there was a glitch in the property system and they had removed us from our reservation. A quick call to James and he had if fixed within 10 minutes! We got checked in and had access to our room! He then followed up with us via text to make sure all was good and we were settled in. Oh, did I mention: this was at 10:00 pm. 10/10 would stay again! Property is beautiful, pool area is 18+ and quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to MGM grand casino, all indoors through walkways. Easily one of our best weekends in Vegas to date!
